Dallas Cowboys Cut Dallas Renegades RT Pace Murphy

In mid-August, the Dallas Cowboys signed Dallas Renegades Tackle Pace Murphy. On Tuesday he was cut from the team. Roughnecks CB Saivion Smith still remains with the team.

Murphy was one of seven Renegades players to sign pro contracts. Currently four remain on NFL teams.

Murphy was taken 12th overall in the 2nd round of the Phase #2 portion of the 2020 XFL draft. At 26 years old, he had pro stops with the Rams, 49ers, and Chiefs. He played his college ball at Northwestern State.
