Offense: QB Jordan Ta’amu – STL
20/27 Passing, 264 Yards, 1 TD, I INT. 16 Rush, 63 Yards
Jordan Ta’amu has been displayed efficiency, athleticism and great decision making all season, and he really shined in St. Louis’ win over Seattle this week. His accuracy and football IQ have really been on display as he leads the BattleHawks to victory with his arm and legs.

He’s consistently thrown his receivers open and put them in position to pick up yards after the catch, and has displayed both touch and power on the ball. PJ Walker might be the XFL’s poster boy thus far, but Ta’amu is right there with him, and brought his team to a big win in week 4.
Defense: LB Edmond Robinson-HOU
4 Tackles, 1 Sack, 1 QBH, 1 TFL, 1 FF, 1 FR, 1 TD
The Houston defense as a whole has defined itself with aggressive play and turnovers in big moments, and this week was no different. With great performances all around, it was ultimately Robinson who came up the biggest and won the game for the Roughnecks. His strip-sack-TD put Houston up in the 4th, and allowed them to hold on for the win.

Special Teams: K Matt McCrane – NY
3/3 Field Goals, 51 Long
The New York Guardians let Luis Perez carry them to victory alongside a powerful running attack led by Darius Victor and Tim Cook. However, it was McCrane who came in clutch and scored the majority of points for New York in a resurgent performance for the Guardians. He displayed the pro-calibre consistency, power and accuracy that teams around the nation covet.
Matt Nagashima has been covering the XFL since before the 2019 Draft, and has witnessed history being made as a Credentialed Reporter for the Dallas Renegades. While he is engrossed with the X's and O's, the roster building and more, it has always been his goal to keep the players first in mind in coverage, showing the human aspect of this sport behind all the action on the field. With Dany Garcia and Dwayne The Rock Johnson now at the helm, he's excited to see all the opportunities that this league will create for players to showcase their talent and make their dreams come true.
