    Are the wide receivers in bold the starters (smallwood, Jennings & spruce)?

    Or is it from top to bottom (smallwood, mcbride, Jennings) like quarterbacks and running backs seem to be listed?

    Saw Winston Dimel playing in the game vs Houston…..but he is not on the depth chart….why not?
